Working from home trend - investments?

There will almost certainly be a hell of a lot of people that will be allowed to stay working from home in the coming years, primarily because companies can see that it actually works better for them as they save money & thier employees might actually get more work done & be happier people. Combined with that is the possibility that there will be a lot of start up online businesses as people have & will be made redundant following the termination of furlough. 

What sort of investments would you consider to be pivotable for this. Zoom is a perfect example.
Possibly online learning platforms (Udemy) and online service brokers like Fiverr. 

Im not a fan of the current markets as it just looks too inflated (especially as most of the services will be Nasdaq), but worth knowing if it goes down again.
