Any experience with "Bullion Now"?

I keep seeing these swell looking guys opening up kilos and kilos of silver and gold on their youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcWrF2KXAKpPMOCnipc4KAQ

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with them? 
Would you guys buy silver from them if you live in the UK/Europe? Or would the import/duty fees be a no go.

They are Australian, so I wouldn't think shipping would be much fun, it would be subject to VAT and probably import fees to I expect.

Others may have more information that I though.

I've met with Michael personally and he is a genuinely good bloke. I have purchased from him whilst in Australia and would buy gold from him even shipped to Europe. Buying silver may be a bit problematic due to cost and duty I'm afraid. Their YouTube channel is great - they even had free shipping promos at some point and specials are always advertised there first. 👍
