hi gents im totally new and my first forum to  so forgive my ignorance       can you experts please give advice on the best cheapest way to get silver eg bars 10oz or 500g or  coins  just so i have some silver   and a safeway please as im a novice    thankyou so much in advance kind regards

I don' know what your cash money situation is, but I would advise not to buy a single ounce of anything until you have built up a decent reserve amount of readily available cold hard cash - both in your bank account AND a stash at home - enough to pay for any unexpected bills/emergencies etc.

Then start silver/gold buying.

I use Transferwise to make the payment, including the conversion from RON (my national  currency) to EURO  (better rates than my bank). Many others members are using Transferwise, others Revolut and others use direct bank transfer (conversion is made at the bank rate).

I use Skrill too. I compare it always with Transfer wise and sometimes it gives me a slight better exchange rate as it does not charge fees
