That's not even a convincing 50 pesos fake. And he wrote that it's "gold plated". Someone is going to have a hard time returning this piece.

Yes- the description- 'Mexico independence from Spain Gold coin. Assumed gold plated. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter'

The wording in the description leaves some inference that it might be the real deal- 'Assumed gold plated' has clearly led some poor optimistic soul to part with over £90 in the vain hope he might have copped for a bargain.
