10 oz Queens Beasts Griffin NGC MS-69

Here in the United States, I was just stacking ASEs for weight. Got kind of boring until I saw the Britannia at my LCS a few months ago. I liked the shiney highlights. I was searching the internet for one and came across the Queens Beasts, love at first sight! I sold some ASEs to start my 2 and 10 oz Queens Beasts collection with display boxes. Since getting to the party late, the premiums were high compared to just bullion. I'm up to date on both 2 and 10 oz,. When I was looking to buy the 10 oz griffin. I found a MS-69 for slightly more than a un graded coin. I ended up buying 2, one to crack open and put in my display and the other to sell in the future. I recently looked on Ebay and the NGC MS-69 Griffin is appoaching $500. And the un graded Griffen is mid $300. The prices seem to be going up weekly. Now I don't want to crack open one because now they're selling for $200 more each than when I first bought them. What would you do?

I wouldn't crack open an MS69 Griffin at all! The Queen's Beast silver bullion coins don't get high grades easily at all, and especially Griffins are notoriously hard to find in good condition! So an MS69 Griffin is a special coin indeed... don't crack it open! You have a good thing going there...

EDIT: I was actually referring to 2oz Griffins. I don't know how rare 10oz Griffins are in a good condition, but it does sound like a good deal you have there.
