Maybe thesilverforum could have a vote for coin of the year, design wise.

 

Hmm maybe silver & gold coin of the year

 

Or maybe just coin of the year.. gets a bit too over the top for me when there are dozens of categories and winners

 

But just an idea anyway. 

 

Maybe we all say what we like in a thread, the most popular get put into a vote

Although I don't have one, the 2014 5oz proof britannia gets my vote.

As above so below. Agreed the 2014 5oz Britannia should be up there. Was surprised to not see it included in the official list. Would also include 5oz wedge tailed eagle.

I think it could just have 4 categories: -

Silver BU

Silver Proof

Gold BU

Gold Proof

That would be pretty cool I think.

This thread could be used to list the coins, and then a vote of the 5 most popular could be set up.

Hmm id rather not, I don't think my general coin knowledge would be up to par, be happier to leave it someone who knows more like yourself.

I don't think you need knowledge to run the thread and subsequent poll.

I'd do it myself but I use Tapatalk which is impossible for polls / voting.

I'm sure there will be somebody willing to run the poll, I'll clean this thread and allow people to post their favourite 2014 coins.
