Gold Dealers

Apart from HGM, has anyone come across any other company that sells gold coins at between 3% and 5% over spot, regardless of what type of coin it is. Whilst places like Atkinsons and The Bullion Centre can match HGM for Sovereigns, when it comes to any other gold coin then no-one seems to get even remotely close to HGM's prices.

I've searched high and low and it seems that HGM is on its own when it comes to foreign gold. Unless anyone else knows better.

I think the main reason HGM is so good on there price's for coins is that its not there main business, they are scrap dealers buying and refining PM's they have set up the coin/bar selling side as a extra to sell the coins they get in for scrapping unlike the other sites you mention who's main business is selling bullion.

so thats why there price's are great but its also why they have very limited stock.

Actually The Bullion Centre  is a side business for 2 Kings Ltd a company that has several Jewellers and  Pawnbroking Shops in Dorset.  Which is a very similar model to HGM in that respect.

If you have a coin shop close to you might be worth trying them, my localish coin shop will sell me any gold coins (I only buy sovs and Krugers) from him for spot +3%.I buy from him 3-4  times per year.

The problem with common sense is, its not that common.

Unfortunately, no coin shops near me for miles.......It's got to be online for me I'm afraid. But I do have my cash for gold dealer, but he's only available on Sundays, and I'm on Sunday shifts for a while at work. So I'm stumped there.

Which reminds me, I'm late for work. Gotta go......... :D

Are you sure RBG.?. I've been looking on eBay and I can't find any going for around £145. Or 185 euros.

Which is spot price. What prices have you been paying?
