The 1/10 Britannia (and other 1/10) always sell for slightly more than melt value. 

Although 1987 was the first year, they minted a lot in comparison to subsequent early years, so probably not too much premium to be had.

The Proof would get you £20 or so more than the BU.

Should be worth between 5% and 10% over spot with the higher figure for a proof in a box.
Selling to a dealer will give you melt or less so try this Forum and if priced fairly will sell in hours or a couple of days at most.
