Dates on Welsh dragon £20 silver coins?

The Royal Mint has produced Welsh dragon £20 silver coins in packages dated 2016, 2017 and 2018.  I've seen both sides of the  2016 coin, and there is a 2016 date on the Queen side.   I've seen the 2017 and 2018 coins only in mint packaging which does not show the Queen side.  So, are there dates on the Queen side of these coins, and what are those dates if they're present?

I've heard these coins were sold only at the mint physical plant.  Is that true?

I think it they have been called £20 for £20 coins.  NGC calls them   Silver Twenty Pounds, Elizabeth II, 2013-Date, Mint State.  There are 10 coins so far and are listed below.   They were sold in mint packaging that showed the non-Queen side but did not allow the Queen side to be seen.  The date is on the Queen side.  The Welsh Dragon is the first theme to be carried over into subsequent years since its introduction in 2016.  So the question is did the date on the coin get changed to current year for the 2017 and 2018 packaging or did it remain at 2016.
