2018 Isle of Man Noble & Angel - "PU" ?

I've seen these on silver-to-go for "pre-sale" @ £22, and am thinking of getting some. What does "PU" mean? Is this a higher grade than bullion?  They have a mirrored finish.  EDIT: they look like they might have a shiny finish!

What type of quality could one expect at this price point?

Premium uncirculated it stands for. Just like brilliant uncirculated I think.

 

I bought an older angel in the last group order and the quality is pretty good. Bit better than just bullion. 

 

The angel on that link you posted looks like it's got a massive head though. Not a fan of the design

I think the coin finish was referred to as proof-like at some

point.
