In 2012 to commemorate the London 2012 Olympic Games, the Royal Mint released a very special Limited Issue Faster Higher Stronger Gold Proof 9 Coin Set all struck in solid 22 Carat Gold and includes all the coins from the series of nine.
Designed by renowned sculptor John Bergdahl, the superior Proof quality of the coins is immediately apparent in the breathtaking detail.
Designs for the three £100 One Hundred Pound Gold Proof 1oz Coins and six £25 Twenty Five Pound Gold Proof 1/4oz Coins are inspired by the Olympic motto 'Citius, Altius, Fortius', Latin for FasterHigherStronger.
Each individual coin features a Roman god and an Olympic sport. 'Faster' pairs the god Neptune with Sailing, Diana with Cycling and Mercury with Running.
'Higher' shows the god Jupiter with the sport of Diving, Apollo with Gymnastics and Juno with Pole Vaulting.
'Stronger' features the god Mars with Boxing, Vulcan with Hammer-throwing and Minerva with Javelin.
The obverse of all the coins are of the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.

Some small marks on the wooden case, comes with all documentation.

Would prefer a deal in person, however I would post but in three separate parcels due to Royal Mail insurance only going up to £2,500

Payment via Bank transfer or PayPal FF or add the fees for G&S
