Hi everyone, I recently purchased this 1990 Penny Black from a coin shop online, and it's graded as "Gem Proof". I was wondering if I had it re-graded if anyone could offer their professional opinion of what it would get based on these pictures. I'll post the reverse in the next post. Supposedly as Gem Proof it is between a 65 and 70. I am hoping for a 67 at least. Reverse of coin.
