Yes- I couldn’t see the date letter which caused some doubt. The second mark does resemble the lion passant in some ways, but definitely not enough to be sure- hence it doesn’t come out in the photos at all.

Hello all, I just picked up this spoon in the hope that it is sterling silver- the marks are very worn but I thought that the last mark looked like a Sheffield crown and the one to the right of it like the lion passant. It’s also pretty worn but still doesn’t show any signs of an undercoat. so what’s to say it’s not silver? - I couldn’t find the maker, who seems to be something like B&B or R&B -It doesn’t seem to have a date letter. -I don’t think it performed brilliantly on the ice cube test.
