I think it's the remains of a loop that snapped off at some point. I wondered if it was originally plated, or if that was a later thing and accounts for the lack of definition?

Thanks sixgun and TeaTime. I wasn't expecting it to be worth anything much, it was more around it's purpose. I thought it may be a momento of the exhibition, just couldn't find a similar one on the web. I normally collect music memorabilia, but sometimes other things come in with job lots. The attached has been in the drawer for some time. It's obvious a memento of Napoleon, but I've not been able to find any info on it. It appears to be plated in a very shiny, inert metal, as it has stayed in great condition, but the inner metal is visible in places. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi there. I found what appears to be a silver medal/token amongst a collection of items I recently acquired. I've tried to find a similar example, but with no luck. The reverse side is marked with Wembley 1924, so I guess it's something to do with the exhibition. I'm hoping someone out there can help identify it. Many thanks in advance.
