  1. I see. I was just curious how you got all of your stash. What is the going rate for 2 oz silvers right now? Are you holding any to sell as sets when you get the second coins?
  2. Did you have to buy yours second hand to resell or did you have several people with Royal Mint accounts that helped you out?
  3. Update on my situation: A second 2 oz silver arrived in my mailbox today. So apparently I did get two coins (which explains the charge for the second) and they didn’t charge for both from the continuity set right away. It is weird how it’s worded on the receipt that they take funds for the whole order when the first coin is dispatched.
  4. I don’t have an account manager and I didn’t want to call because I’m in the US. Isn’t that going to be expensive? I know it’s an 800 number but I heard that foreign 800 numbers are not necessarily free.
  5. Well that’s weird. Am I accidentally getting a second coin and it is arriving in a separate shipment then? Because the payment has definitely been taken for two coins.
  6. The receipt said both coins are charged when the first coin is dispatched. I didn’t think that was always the case.
  7. Apparently they charge for both coins right away if you got the continuity set? I thought they don’t charge for the second coin until it ships in March. I was charged for two coins right away and was hoping I accidentally got a second coin but just received one.
  8. Fair enough. Not all legos are winners just like with coins. But some outliers in the Lego investing game will blow this away. As you pointed out do not take this as any sort of financial advice but there are certainly chances for gains to be made.
  9. Hmm may be worth a shot come March. Nothing terrible to lose by trying other than release is at 3:00 AM in my time zone so it’s an early morning.
  10. I’m assuming HHL of 1 will tell them that you already got 1 with the continuity set.
  11. Now if only there was a way to order a second coin of the Portrait version in March to make a complete second set.
  12. This must be why they sold out so much quicker than the queue. Otherwise somebody could have theoretically bought this up to queue #3750. I think a lot of people didn’t understand this and accidentally ordered two. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy if I actually end up with two coins.
  13. I too ordered the single silver 2 oz and the continuity set. Several people said their orders were cancelled when doing this but mine appears to have sent two coins as well and I was charged for two. Tracking shows they should come Friday.
  14. Mine was charged and the charge wasn’t dropped so I’m hoping mine are shipped.
  15. 10-4. Thanks for the clarification. Would that really add much value on the market? It’s just a COA #.
  16. I don’t get it. Why around April?
  17. Received my 3 Coin Proof Sovereign Set today. COA #96. Low number but nothing significant unfortunately.
  18. You laugh but I have several Lego sets that have appreciated 1500%+. It really is a solid investment.
  19. That makes sense from a selling standpoint. Still hopeful I end up with two thanks to their screwup!
  20. That’s what I thought. I ordered the Quartered Arms and Portrait version and wanted to make sure that was this continuity set everyone was talking about. Weird why they didn’t list it at £520 since that would be the total cost.
  21. So apologies if this is a stupid question but if you ordered the Quartered Arms you will get the first of the two coins in this set and if you ordered the Quartered Arms and Portrait choice that would be both of the coins in the set what you are calling the continuity set? It just showed £260 by the continuity set if that is correct but that is actually just the price per coin right?
  22. I would be quite alright with that. They can send me as many as they want and I’ll keep paying for them. And people can’t even get mad at me for getting two then because that was not even my intention there. Were you also charged for two right away?
  23. I was charged for two already. Wouldn’t they charge the second one when it ships in March? Like not that it’s just a pending charge on the card either. It is actually a completed transaction. Seems weird.
  24. Has anyone else’s order been listed as three separate 2 oz Silver coins in Closed orders? I placed one order for both versions and yet I have a closed order for three of the first coin with different order reference numbers. Just curious if anyone else has ran into this. Will I actually receive three coins? I’m ok with paying for three if they’ll let me have them.
