Hi all, Hoping someone more knowledgeable than I can check this out for me (at least as much as possible from photos). Recent purchase, I'm new to half sovereigns so a bit unsure on the weight... Seems to be a bit light? Or is this normal for the age?

TBF 3 and 8 are hard to distinguish for me, I have a 2013 and 2018 sovs and can barely tell which is which.

£1843 and I just picked up my first half sovereign for £235, 1908 London mint. A half is more appealing to me these days, knocking around £450 for a full sovereign now.

I know what their remit is, I just find it amusing knowing when they will / won't mention certain things.

I find the lack of any gold price related news in the MSM quite amusing, I sometimes read Yahoo Finance page and they haven't said much either.... must be onto a winner 😉
