Well done on sharing your experience by making an interesting video.

I still remember rejecting about 100 x Britannias when they first produced the 2013 in fine silver.
Each coin was in a cell and sold by the sheet so cannot blame rubbing inside a coin tube.
Pretty much EVERY coin was badly scuffed on the Queen's cheek and many had reeded ding marks.
Even regular sellers on eBay gave warnings in their descriptions of poor quality and lots of bad scratches & rub marks.
We all guessed the damage was caused by coins colliding and perhaps falling into a hopper.

THAT WAS 10 YEARS AGO AND MOST OF MY TUDOR BEASTS 2022 ARRIVED IN A SIMILAR CONDITION.

Some of my new 2023 Brits are scuffed on the high points and 1 shows a deep imprint of a reeded edge.

So - what lessons have been learned and what you observed ( in my opinion ) confirms very little has changed in 10 years !!
They might take care in their premium high priced proof coins but they churn out their bullion like metal washers.

By comparison I have never seen similar marks or damage on any Perth Mint, Canadian Mint, American Mint, German Mint silver bullion coins - and I am talking about thousands not just a few.
