Silver Proof £1 coin set, is it worth much?

Picked this set up today, thought it might be worth something; however I'm fairly new to silver coin collecting, so I'm not entirely sure how much. If anyone could give me an estimate on how much it's worth I'd be very grateful. The specs are

sterling .925 silver

diameter- 22.50 millimetres

weighs- 9.50 grammes

£55-£65 private sale, perhaps up to £80 on Ebay. Royal Mint .925 silver is not particularly sought after and doesn't command the prices it should. Issue limits are tiny compared with a lot of 1oz bullion - i can only assume that  the lack of interest is down to the purity.
