Snap i have one - i see i was not having much look on details of this bar.

You see these bars listed in the states quite frequently, in odd weight from 5-10 plus ounces, during the 70s it was booming poured silver bars.....There where a lot of small time firms operating probably out of there garage trying to make a few bucks, you'd be offered similar bars on newspapers,catalogues etc after the silver spike in the 80s most of these firms went out of business.

 

really doubt you’ll ever find much info on these ?

These American Credit Bars are not that uncommon - you see them on ebay. SilverGoldBull.ca was even selling them at one point. So i don't see this being 'backyard bullion'. Also there is the copyright sign - (whether that was a registered mark i don't know.) i still haven't been able to track this bar maker down. Agreed there are a lot of very small markers which have now disappeared without trace.
