Please help identify hallmarks

The marks are wrong for sterling silver the sterling hallmark is facing the wrong way!!!  Also the lion / leapards head is incorrect and that's just for starters. 

Not sure about silver plate apart from to say some of it seems to be worth as much a silver esp the top quality silver plate.

These are rather interesting marks as there is actually very little know about there origin. They are almost certainly for a silver plate piece and can sometimes be found with a Gothic 'CS'.

There is a discussion going on in the silver collecting community that these potentially originate from the continent (hence CS, 'contintal silver') and these pseudo marks were in some way design to dupe a buyer into believing they were Sterling (.925).
