Guys, thanks for the comments and descriptions regarding this set. I'm waiting on my 2oz gold set and welcome the discussion. This seems to me to be a set to keep for a while. When the financial conditions improve, a lot of buyers will rush back into this market. They will want to snap up the quality coins, and from what I am reading here, this one certainly qualifies as such. This set should be very popular in a few years time.
One thing I don't understand is why anyone would want to take these coins out of their beautiful and specially designed cases and put them in a tedious slab? The whole beauty of the coin is the outer edge lettering. Why replace the capsules that are designed to properly observe & magnify the lettering with a slab that obscures part of the lettering! I think in future, coins in their original casing will be more prized than the slabs - 70 rating or not. Do you guys think these coins should be graded and slabbed?
Anyways, I shall provide my feedback when I finally receive my set. Excellent health and good wishes to you all.
Cheers.
