As the title says I am looking for a source of silver planchets for stamping.

I live in Canada and want to stamp my own rounds but the few sites I've found that do sell planchets, have temporarily ceased selling to the public.

If anyone has any info on where I can find some, or even has instructions on how I can make my own, I would be extra grateful

I'm new to stacking and came across some 30gram Chinese Silver Panda coins. The price for one is currently $42.10 CAD.

Is there any reason the premium is higher than even American eagles and are these coins worth stacking or should I pass on them?
