  1. Yes… tested and def silver. I assumed they weren’t assay marks but a maker’s mark in some type of script… but I’ve tried picture googling it and photo translate (next door to useless unless it’s a typed script!) but to no avail! Just to say who I am.. I was an antiques dealer/ valuer… now retired (not that I stop treasure hunting!!!) as I’m 70 on May 8 (in my mind I’m 18 and in my knees I’m 80)!!! … I have an MA in Fine Arts Valuation and a BA hons in Film and Video. My specialist are is the Arts and Crafts Movement… more copper than silver though. Love silver from Harts Guild of Handicraft, Liberty Archibald Knox and Omar Ramsden… I like researching items… as you may have guessed. These bowls aren’t that interesting but the mark is… it all adds up to increasing knowledge. I once found a Mohd Salleh (Kelantan) rose bowl at a jumble sale for 20p… a few months later came across a pair of Mohd Salleh candelabra cheap… I knew the mark… plus the pattern was identical which was a bit of a give away!
  2. Can anyone help identify these marks on a set of small reeded dishes (they might not the right way up!)… they are definitely silver. Thank you in advance!
