The Royal Mint

I bought most of my gold from The Royal Mint and while I certainly paid for the privilege, it's reassuringly expensive in a better way than Stella Artois.

As for silver, I wrote to them and complained about how expensive their prices were. I also chatted with several staff online and apparently the general consensus is that, "We are competitive". If you consider 74.2% premium "competitive", yes, you are very, very competitive on silver. 

Still 5 stars though as if you want to gift gold to people the RM badge carries a lot of weight. 

Ok. Delays on lots of coins. sometimes proofs missing COA, another time Proof damaged with no replacement option. A great place to get a new limited edition if you are lucky, though no priorities for long term customers. However the phone service is rather good and people very helpful.
