Help please RM original capsules

Hello everybody.

I'm looking for some assistance please re original Royal Mint capsule sizes for silver coins. 

I have a 2017 set of silver proof 50p's. They sit in rimless capsules approximately 45mm in diameter with an overall thickness of approximately  6.5mm with the foam ring which look remarkably similar to (but are not) Lighthouse Ultra's

Given just about any coin made up to and including 1oz Britannia's would fit in this capsule my query is are they just altering the foam inserts to suit and additionally would the 50p piedfort coins use the same capsule? 

If anybody with a decent collection and ruler could help id be very grateful, I've been looking at this for a while and I cant find answers without going out buying one of everything so I'm a little stuck.
