God Save the Queen

UK has been blessed with a relatively benevolent and good monarch.  But I can't imagine how many new special coins will be produced when the monarchy changes hands.  Not just from UK but the Commonwealth countries and others.  I will definitely have to be judicious in selecting which coins I get.  I won't be able to afford the onslaught.   As an American, those coins won't be as marketable in the US.  I feel a little sorry for Charles, since it seems a lot of people would rather see William as king (including the Queen, it seems).  But if Charles does become King, it seems his reign may be shorter so maybe those coins will be more valuable.  This may be all moot because the Queen may have another 20 years in her.  if she really wanted Charles to be King, you'd think she would have retired.  She loves her job, I guess.
