Silver Spoon Sheffield 1906 trying to identify the makers mark

Hello I picked up this spoon at an op shop a couple of days ago and can't identify the makers mark or the fancy crown and horse on the top end of the stem?

Is it of any value other than for the scrap value?

What sort of money would it fetch?

Any help would be much appreciated
