Seeking Artist/Maker on this unusual Modernist Sterling Bracelet

I found this site via an article on modernist silver pieces but it appears to be heavily coin based.  I'm still posting hoping someone might have an idea of the maker of this unusual piece. Although modern in style I think it's vintage, not contemporary. A gemologist believes the front setting is a natural pearl dyed to resemble a black pearl. The set stones are not diamonds but she felt they may be white sapphires. Still need to be tested. The bracelet itself is a combination of matte and polished sterling; marked sterling on the slide in clasp and 925 near the hinge. No makers Mark found.

Looking for suggestions on the maker, directions on further research or other suggestions.   Thank you!
