Are Europesilverbullion.com still trading?

Hello,

 

Over the last few years I've purchased silver and gold coins and bars from Europesilverbullion.com and it's all been fine. Went to buy more silver a couple of weeks ago  as I like the current price and the website was down, and my contact there (David Michaels) didn't reply to me email. Today the website seems to be back up and the prices good.

Are they still trading? Are they still to be trusted?

To date I've found them a handy way to avoid the VAT on silver, but don't want to risk not getting what I paid for and having to rely on the Estonian legal system to get my money back....
