Ok. Delays on lots of coins. sometimes proofs missing COA, another time Proof damaged with no replacement option. A great place to get a new limited edition if you are lucky, though no priorities for long term customers. However the phone service is rather good and people very helpful.

Have bought a few sovereigns from here. very nice and patient. The entrance is on the right as you walk into the Savoy, a nice feel to it due to this location. Very secure, very private.

Got some good reviews. Not purchased from them yet. Good prices too on some silver. 

Have purchased through ebay with these guys/gals. No issues. All straight forward. Would use them again.

All good, no real issues other than carriage has to be sorted out independently from the order, though can be paid through the website also so thats fine. Very happy with service over all, good communication.

Average, slow. They have the product. But a number of times they have sent damaged proof coins, that can't be replaced, only returned. I have had some coins the next day after ordering, main of the collectors editions however arrive months delayed. 

Whilst I have heard a lot of their Britannia's in bullion are milked I have not yet experienced this. 

An ok place for a cheap bit of gold. I have used and would use again. The customer service was ok/good. But whilst your in Hatton Garden check out Bairds & Co shop. Their prices are similar, their stores are not.  

They also sold me some gold online, only to tell me a day later that they did not have any gold and refunded my money back, by which time gold was significantly higher in price. Was not happy. I would only buy in house from now on. 

Unfortunately can't rate less than 1 star!!

The first order of over £9k was 6 weeks delayed with no followup as to why. No communication. After complaint it came in 4 days. Decided not to make a larger order again.

6 months later against my better judgement and a great price on a 1k proof Libertad, I placed an order. The coin was tarnished on arrival. I emailed about my concern and was advised to just use a rubber on the surface of the coin to remove the tarnish? This was a proof coin! Again I sent emails and have received no correspondence since. 

I will never use this company again and would highly recommend people not ordering unless its bullion and that dont care when they get their order. 

Brilliant service. Really love this place. Very Classy Hatton Gardens stock, highly recommend a visit on a day out in London. Brilliant service!.
