2 Platinum 1oz coins were sent to me loosely packed in a large wooden monster box and consequently arrived in this damaged state.

This company had no customer service come back whatsoever. No answers to messages, emails and were rude enough to hang up on me when I finally got through to them on the phone.

Please google this company before parting with your money. Search this forum as several members report awful experiences. 

Absolute favourite supplier of tax free silver. After I discovered them I left The European Mint behind...  Outstanding service!
