I'm glad I've joined this Utopian village @stefffana I would be a bit nervous posting off a large amount of precious metals without receiving payment or having payment in escrow. Yes, chances are it will be fine but even with an honest buyer there is a very small chance that the buyer could have an accident or something else happens leaving you without payment.

Greetings! I found TheSilverForum a few years ago and have finally registered an account. I have some silver in England I would like to sell using this forum as I don't want to add to eBay's massive profits. Hopefully, I can play a small part to limit the crony capitalism these mega corps and corrupt governments get up to. I am moving to Malta soon too so I hope to get some advice from forum members about buying / selling bullion in Malta. Perhaps I can make some friends that live there through this site too. I would prefer not to sell my silver and take it to Malta but the weight will be problematic when catching my flight! Thanks for reading my intro. Have a great day.
