Hi does anyone know the answer to this, I have seen that if silver is pre owned in the UK you don’t have to pay the tax again, does anyone know if you can buy silver from the US from let’s say someone on Facebook where it is pre owned, and avoid the import tax and VAT? Thanks and any advise is appreciated👍🏼
