  1. I am new to the forum and just started hand pouring silver a few months ago. I wanted to see if anyone can help me out with tips on how to get rid of the graphite pollution at the end of pours. The best way to get a perfect 1 oz round I have found is to weigh the grain into the crucible then pour the entire contents into mold. The problem with this method is you get the graphite pollution at the end of the pour that settles on top. I clean my crucible very well between pours with the same results. Are there any tips on how to get rid of this from settling on the top of my pours? Thank you in advance for your help!!
