Yellow Milk Spotting?

Well, well, well. I haven't heard of this, yet I was checking some dates on some 2021 Brit's and noticed, I knew already about the milk spots. but the milk spots are turning yellow.

They have been in a tube since I got them, mixed with other Brit's, they seem to be alright. Any idea why this could be happening?

I know the pic isn't the best, but I'm sure one of you can work some magic.

It looks like tarnishing, not milk spotting... I heard it happens because of sulfur from the air or something. 

Here is a good video about how to fight it without mechanical damage:

I don't think it's toning as such, they have/had milk spots and these are turning yellow
