I have recently put up 4 different orders with this company. Two of them are still pending. I guess some items are not in stock yet.

In one of the orders, I just bought a particular silver coin to give as a present to someone and a gold bar. They ship just the coin, but before I even get the package, they open a complaint by themselves, stating that “the security department has noticed that the bar has not been packed”. I must say I was impressed. They ship the bar and arrive one day after the coin.

The gold bar was the cheapest option, the one where they send any brand, and it came from Istanbul Gold Refinery.

The shipping price is 16€ to Portugal, and UPS delivered it.
