Coin Struck - Royal Mint UK Gold VIP Tour

Mrs Coin Struck and I visited the Royal Mint in Wales in September and had a great day on the Gold VIP Tour. During the day we visited the Royal Mint's coin archive and saw some amazing coins. Saw the operating coin factory, met the design team including having a presentation from leading designer Jody Clark. During the day you can also strike your own coins including a 50p (Sherlock Holmes this time) and also a gold sovereign. It was a great day and we highly recommend it. Thanks to all the RM team that made the day so wonderful.
