Hi @Razman Welcome to the forum. The old girl's a bit worn there. You have a TYPE IIIA JUBILEE SOVEREIGN OF QUEEN VICTORIA Date 1892 (DISH L.16), Mintage of 7,104,720, Rarity Common. Due to the wear most would only pick it up for the gold value. So to move it on, spot price IMO. Intrinsic gold 7.315 X spot price per gram = price. Baring in mind that she's quite worn.

Spot price of gold constantly changes, around £480 appears to be the current buyback by most dealers. Being well worn and high mintage is not in its favour.

decent sovereigns on here (TSF) have recently been selling at just over £500 inc delivery.

If you were to sell here then most likely buyers would expect the coin delivered first then payed for as you are new and no trading feedback.

You can find the spot gold intrinsic value of a sovereign here:

https://www.chards.co.uk/gold-price/gold-spot-price

Our sovereign and other gold coin buying prices are here:

https://www.chards.co.uk/guides/selling-gold-coins/268

But note, these vary constantly with spot gold, and your coin may be slightly underweight, as @Joshua723 mentioned.
