Just looking through some alternatives to the high premiums on Royal Mint 1oz silver bullion coins.

these don't seem to be that popular here in the UK. Not sure why?

minted from .9999 silver at their refinery in London.

1oz Year of the Horse

1oz Year of the Snake

1oz Year of the Dragon

1oz Year of the Rabbit

1oz Lakshmi

1/2oz Ganesh

1oz Khanda

1oz OM

1oz Peregrine Falcon

1oz Monarch

personally I prefer the designs on the Peregrine Falcon and Monarch.

I have the lunar dragon, quality seams good. diameter is somewhere 39-41mm, not

sure what but definitely not 38.2mm. people may be annoyed with the 10 min order

and prices exclude vat so would not be particularly competitive against lower vat

coins that are currently available.

When I first decided to collect silver these were some of the first coins I looked at, I liked the tiger and being that they were from London appealed to me, but the minimum purchase of 10 was the deal breaker, I don't know what they're thinking?

Trouble with Baird and Co which really puts me off is they seem to be pretty good at making their coins for sale look much worse than the coin actually is. The monarch of the glen is a perfect example.

Never bought from them, don't think I ever will either.

Agree.  They really do need to splash on a £100 camera and Photoshop.

For gold, they are really well priced.  Bought from them a few times but they don't seem to answer emails though.

Their site, photos and general marketing strategy needs a bit of a rethink, if they did mix and match I'd definitely be interested.

Agreed, I'm surprised more people haven't started doing that to be honest.
