Hi I noted this on the sponsors section. I have used European Mint a lot before CV. Then once VAT was charged it was no longer viable. I noticed this and was thinking but it’s not VAT free really as you pay import duty tax  which I thought was at VAT on entering U.K.

Can someone clarify this to me?

Estonia had 0% VAT on coins made of AG, PL, PD delivered inside the country by the PM dealer, once this happened the  items could move freely inside the EU.  From 30.06.2022 even inside Estonia coins made of AG, PL, PD  are taxed (20% VAT if I'm not mistaken)

Gibraltar has no VAT, however goods are subject to import requirements to EU, including paying VAT.

Regarding the free movement of goods between Gibraltar  and UK you should ask HMRC.
