Glad to see people use their silver.

I did use a few of my silver coffee and tea spoons once upon a time! But silver isn't really great for hot drinks, the thermal conductive properties meant you had to show it the brew and get the bag out asap before you scalded your fingers! 😁

They may well do. When I'd washed some silver coin with IPA and whatever organic solvent a sweet and floral smell appears, and I suppose some chemistry took place on the surface of silver. Same can happen to actual food as well.

If we do the right thing this time, we might have to do the right thing again next time.
