There are a few companies that do this. Sell the coin at todays prices and they hope the price goes down to make a little more profit. If you buy this way then your thinking that the price goes up. Not sure if it's a dealer thing or if the mint does it. I'm thinking I've seen it on Scotsdales website on gold coins.
