Is this Half-Sovereign too light?

Got two halves today. One weighs 4g, the other 3.94, is this too low? There's not a lot of wear apparrent, scales calibrated.

No - 3.94g is okay for a HS that is perhaps 100 years old.
I have many like this so "chill".

I would not be concerned on a Victoria, the lightest I have is 3.93 and I have a few at 3.94-3.96,
