Trying to identify makers mark.

Hello all, I hope someone can help please. I am trying to identify this makers mark on what appears to be a silver plated cruet set. I assume Victorian. At the top of the mark is a capital letter 'I' and at the bottom 'E'. Immediately below the letter 'I' within the diamond shape, is number '29'. below that is '2' 'Rd.' 'H'.

Sorry that's a bit long winded, buy could not get a better picture.

This is a silver plate patent mark and I'm not sure you can identify the maker from it.
You are right about it being Victorian, the numbers and letters give the registration date of the patent, which in this case is May 1869 (the 'H' = 1869 and the 'E' =May).
