Silver group orders?

I was recently watching Backyard Bullion’s videos about silver group orders from the European Mint. Do these still happen?

Step 1) we get Johnny Foreigner to wrap the silver item in shiny gold paper

Step 2) we import it

Step 3) we take the wrapper off  just like a sweetie.

Genius, huh?

One way round would be to alloy 9ct gold with silver instead of copper and import as gold. I mean they sell 9ct gold as gold and it's mostly copper.
