Ebay Fraudster 2010keithr21 Revisited - Shop Name Charity Aid The World Cares Fake Charity?

There is a good chance he is a charity scammer.  If you look at his about, he says he donates some of the profits for charity but is not a charity.  Naturally this is not audited.

Yet advertises himself as a charity.

I suspect the charity is as fake as most if not all of the "coins" and other items he is offering for sale!

He does say "I am not a charity but I help charities ie Alzhiemers, Dementia, Mesothelioma UK, Asbestos Cancer, Royal British Legion, NSPCC,"

Using the word charity so the casual visitor will think the ebay account is that of a charity - it also makes people think coins will be genuine.

Probably not, but don't worry LC will get him - he's like Dog the Bounty Hunter

Yes, almost anybody could report to ebay, but I strongly suspect they will do nothing. They have a standard anodyne answer.

It would probably be better if a few people reported him, and / or some of his more obvious fake listings.

We will report the copyright infringement, but apart from removing it, not necessarily quickly, they are unlikely to do anything.

BBC Watchdog may be interested, or any of the consumer writers on national or local newspapers.

We will probably also send him a copyright infringement notice, but he will probably ignore it.

I have dealt with several copyright infringements in the past (nothing to do with PM,s or coins), Google do tend to take action if they can see the infringement on say a website but not ebay, the only result I had with ebay sellers was serious threats of legal action against them in person but if they front it out are you prepared to go down this route? - luckily mine caved in!

I try to buy gold with my head and silver with my heart, sometimes..........I just get it wrong!
