Hi everyone 

I’m kristian from Greater Manchester, I am an absolute novice but I came across hand poured silver bars online and really like the look of them so I’m here to gather knowledge before I buy and start my silver buying journey

I believe you are not actually "kristian from Greater Manchester", but "Kristian from Greater Manchester"

The "hand poured silver bars" can only have been by @BackyardBullion in his YouTube videos. (Don't be afraid, you can name names on here).

Don't buy any of them from him, they are seriously addictive.

For those who have not yet realised, he is actually a hypnotist. If you don't believe me, just watch his hands in a few more of his videos, and before you know it, you will have ordered a whole container load of them. (Silver bars that is, not hands).

There is, but @ChardsCoinandBullionDealer are very egalitarian, and everybody gets a good deal, without even asking!

Don't let that stop you from buying some of the @BackyardBullion silver bars, though.

@ChardsCoinandBullionDealer also have some videos on YouTube, and some of them have my face in them. For some reason they tend to get the most views, although ir is not as hypnotic as BYB's hands.

Now for another bit of pedantry:

I hope that "I am now convinced that I need silver bars and sovereigns to be happy in life" doesn't mean you need "silver bars and silver sovereigns*".

I'm not trying to pick on you here, but if I wrote that, I would rephrase it "silver bars and gold sovereigns", or "sovereigns and silver bars". This is about syntax and clarity. Many years ago, I learnt to write concisely when authoring coin adverts. The main aim is to communicate my message accurately, and also do it with economy of words. I think it is an important skill for anyone involved in communication, but I do notice on a daily basis, that most newspapers seem to employ journalists who do not have any or much skill or knowledge of the English language.

Despite my claim to "economy of words", many of my TSF posts are lengthy, and some TSF members probably suspect I have verbal diarrhoea.

* Silver sovereigns do now exist!
