I have a 2021 1/10th Gold Tokelau 10$ coin. It looks to me to be in excellent condition. It was described as proof like when I bought it. I have never opened the capsule but there are a few marks on capsule. 

Quite a hard coin to photograph and quite a hard 1/10th gold coin to find as there were only 1000 released. 97 on Numista rarity scale.
