Lovely item, Italian hallmarks, 18" white gold with a nice twist design, lobster claw fastening - Easily looking at £500/600 for this at a jewellers.

No but a platinum alternative:) originally made to mimic platinum as a cheaper alternative but these days more valuable than if it was pure platinum! 

its solid 18ct gold, but mixed with different metals than yellow gold to give it the colour.
