closed Suggested Silver Proof PRICES (GBP £s)

Recommended Posts

Hi TSF 👋

I thought I’d start this thread so potential sellers can get an idea from other TSF users about what they think a reasonable sale price would be for their various silver proof coins.

THIS IS NOT A SALES THREAD IT IS FOR INFO ONLY!

It saves time searching the TSF trade thread for recent sales prices (if any).

I’ll start, in the near future I’m looking to liquidate the following coins:

1) Gothic Crown Portrait 2oz Silver Proof

2) Gothic Crown Quartered Arms 2oz Silver Proof

3) British Monarchs King Henry VII 2oz Silver Proof

Depending on price comments I might then look to set up a sales thread and add photos etc.

I have an idea from eBay sales (minus their fees of course).

Thanks in advance 👍🏻

Only going from either personal experience so don't shoot me😁

2oz Henry ( gave mine at RRP a few days ago) reason being I watched others struggle to shift at £225 and £230 respectively a few months ago with higher spot price ( not sure if they ever sold tbh)

2oz potrait £320- £350 if right buyer appears. Graded 70s are changing hands for £390ish

2oz quartered arms £300- £330ish Graded 70s are changing hands for £380ish

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

Super thanks 🙏

Yes, I noticed the Henry was around £200 on eBay. With a 700 mintage, I might just keep hold of it and hope for a better price as the series goes on 🤔
